- Easy-navigation E-Manual, Quizzes, 1:1 Instructor support, AI proctored testing

• PACS is currently only offered through the corporate training route. It will be opened to individual learners with corporate sponsorship/ support.

• Launched on 20 Sept 2025 in its current format and updated from 2019

• Professional level course for Compliance Officers (& senior middle office & senior RM’s) in Private Banking and Wealth management AML/CFT

• The focus is on MAS AML/CFT regulatory compliance with some global best practices mainly from Hong Kong

• It takes a holistic financial crime approach & has numerous case studies

• Total of 6 months (up to 3 exam attempts) 

• Delivered via a downloadable PDF E-Manual read on your tablet, laptop, or PC, using any PDF reader

• The navigation pane allows seamless navigation through 13 Sections comprising over 900 slides

• You can add your own notes and highlights directly in the E-Manual for personalized learning

• The 160+ MCQ self-assessment quizzes help in exam preparation

• Instructor support is available by email or a scheduled video meetup

• The course covers the E-Manual, quizzes, handouts, regulatory readings

• The AI proctored online final examination needs to be booked separately

C.   Standard Course & Exam - Corporate Package in SG

• SGD 1800 per person (minimum 14) payable upfront – covering:

  • Course Access: a downloadable E-Manual (PDF) with 900+ slides,  quizzes, handout, and reading list

  • Optional Certificate Exam: AI-proctored, 150 MCQs in 3 hours, 75% pass mark

• Repeat exam attempts (2 more) - SGD 150 per attempt

• Exceptions to 6 month cap (case-by-case) - SGD 300 admin fee

• Support online-live trainings at SGD 2500 for 4 hours/ classroom at an extra cost

D.   Special Subsidised Rates for Course & Exam

• A fee of SGD 150 upfront covering the exam manual and 3 attempts in 6 months. Live training is not-covered.

All PACS learning materials are the intellectual property of Dr. Rohan Bedi and are protected under international copyright law.

• Access format: Course content is delivered as an E-Manual and Quizzes, viewable on any PDF reader. Use the navigation pane for easy access. You may print or read on a tablet, laptop, or PC (mobile not recommended). Do not share the E-Manual or the Quizzes with non-enrolled individuals.

• Individual enrolment: PACS course materials are for personal study and professional development only. Enrolment does not permit reproduction, distribution, or substantial copying of the content for commercial, institutional, or training purposes. Learners may apply the knowledge gained in their work, but the course materials themselves must not be repurposed or published without prior consent.

• Corporate access: Staff of banks, securities firms, commercial training providers, professional associations, institutes, or societies who wish to use PACS materials for group learning or internal training must enrol under a corporate licence. Individual enrolments are not valid for such use.
