All PACS learning materials are the intellectual property of Dr. Rohan Bedi and are protected under international copyright law.

• Access format: Course content is delivered in secure, read-only format. Learners receive full online access for the duration of enrolment, but materials cannot be downloaded, printed, or redistributed outside the platform.

• Individual enrolment: PACS enrolments are for personal study only. Learners may not copy, adapt, or use the content for commercial or institutional purposes.

• Corporate access: Staff of banks, securities firms, commercial training providers, professional associations, institutes, or societies who wish to use PACS materials for group learning or internal training must enrol under a corporate licence. Individual enrolments are not valid for such use.

• Email requirement: A professional email address is required at registration to verify learner identity and ensure certification standards.
